Over 90% of what’s on your plate comes from and is transformed on our small-scale agroecological farm near Camperdown, KZN.In June the menu will be a vegetatarian and gluten-free affair. You can expect gluten-free pastry with labneh and pesto and other scrumptious nibbles, a choice of soups and gluten free bread for starters and a hearty Asian bowl with black beans, ginger and kimchi for the main course.
