Taunton House Bed and Breakfast

Special Recognition Award of Excellance has been awarded to Taunton House Bed & Breakfast by the Pietermaritzburg Tourism Mayoral Awards. Taunton House is one of five finalist for the Tsogo Sun Book-A-Guesthouse of the year 2013 Taunton House Bed and Breakfast Accommodation is available in this warm, friendly Three Star Establishment in Pietermaritzburg. The surroundings are very tranquil, with ample bird life and a stream at the bottom of the property. The view from the balcony is awesome.  We are situated in the elite area of Wembley in Pietermaritzburg, very close to the Greys Hospital, Pietermaritzburg Royal Showgrounds, The Liberty Midlands Mall, The N3, Midmar Dam, Cascades Cycle Track, a number of Private Schools, The Pietermaritzburg CBD, The Victoria Golf Club, the Pietermaritzburg City Hall and many of the Government Departments. Our Bed and Breakfast Accommodation consists of five bedrooms, all en-suite with shower and one with a bath.  The rooms are equipped with Air-Conditioning, TV (Dstv) and a desk and chair for your convenience.  Three bedrooms have their own private entrance from a remote controlled driveway gate, with ample lighting for security. The area is patrolled by security during the day and night. Our Bed and Breakfast Accommodation rates include a Full Breakfast,  Lunch and Dinner is also available by prior arrangement. We also have free Wireless Internet and secretarial services. We are a non smoking establishment. However smoking is permitted on the balcony and in the garden.
